Album Cover Chosen

by Sam on Jun.28, 2010, under News

We’ve chosen an album cover design which is the alley photo by Fran Hughes, Manchester, UK @ Original Fuse Designs. No hustle – the band liked it all along; it captures the mood we’re after.

We’re commissioning Fran for the whole album design and are really looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks again to those who contributed and well done Fran.

Album cover competition

by Sam on May.10, 2010, under News

We are due to release an album in a couple of months and we’d like to challenge any art students or aspiring artists to design a cover for us.
We have a very limited budget for the project so are unfortunately unable to offer a paid commission.

Your work would of course be credited and acknowledged by the band and the cover itself could be a good opportunity to publicise your art. We’d do what we could to help you with this aim as a thank you.

The album is probably going to be entitled “After The Blackout” and we’d like something moody, dark and maybe a little sinister. We’re not completely closed minded about this though – we’d welcome your ideas.

If you’re interested in designing something or offering something you’ve already done, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.

Thanks,

Panacea
